Community Services
As active participants in the communities where we live and work, we want to ensure the best possible service to our customers. We value the public’s trust and are committed to providing you the best service either on a 9-1-1 call, at an event, or even running into you at the grocery store while we pick up our dinner. Metro Fire provides the community many different types of services including but not limited to: fire station tours, school visits, fire extinguisher training, life jacket loan out program, and firefighters in their engine attend community events.
